Embark on a journey and unlock the door to the fascinating history of Central Florida as the center's five-story masterpiece takes visitors back 12,000 years through a series of interactive permanent exhibits, providing hours of fun and entertainment. Among the many permanent exhibits that The History Center has to offer are the following smart, surprising, and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Enjoy a ten minute discussion on the care and training of the beautiful and exotic tigers by one of the tiger experts. These jungle creatures are really a must see.

Come experience the hilarious actions and reactions of Jake and Hanna, our amazing and smart orangutans. Capuchin monkeys, saimang and gibbons swing into action. Upside down, right side up, left, right, top and bottom, they move with amazing agility and surprising speed. Their antics and tactics will delight and astound you. Enjoy a ten-minute presentation about our rambunctious and entertaining primates. A question-and-answer session by one of our Primate experts will follow.

One of our reptile experts will give a brief commentary and answer questions. You can also take a walk on the wild side and see a unique and rare Albino alligator.

"Konnect with the Kangaroos" at the Kangaroo Paddock.

Enjoy this exciting program featuring one of the Aquarium's animal stars - the penguin. This show takes place in the Coral Reef Panoramic Window area of the Aquarium.

Interact with a diver and learn how to help protect the Aquarium's reef.

This show takes place at the Wetlands Animal Stage.

Learn about the animals in Shark Bay from the window of the S.S. Tampa. Feel free to ask the diver your shark questions.

Observe a biologist feeding the stingrays at the Aquarium's "Beaches" show location.

Learn how to make pottery from scratch. This class is taught by Carolyn Davis.

Adult drawing for beginning to intermediate artists. Learn how to use Berol Prisma Color pencils, charcoal and pastels or just improve your drawing and shading techniques.
