Our privately owned luxury Mediterranean-style villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people.

The villa is in the prestigious WaterSong gated community where homes are built amongst ponds and conservation areas. During the day the local families of 36-inch tall Sandhill cranes often visit our gardens. In the evening just chill out by the pool and listen to the birds and cicadas as night falls.
Conveniently located on R17/92 near Orlando we are less than 15 mins from the Disney attractions and just a few minutes from Interstate-4 giving easy access to Tampa, Busch Gardens, the Gulf Beaches, Cape Canaveral Space Centre, 20 mins to Seaworld, 25 mins to Universal Studios.

The luxuriously furnished air-conditioned accommodation comprises a superKing size double ensuite bedroom, a King size double ensuite bedroom, two twin bedrooms with Jack&Jill bathroom, lounge area, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and games room.

The south-facing 30'x15' heated pool & spa backs onto conservation area ensuring a peaceful, relaxing end to each day. As required by Florida state laws the pool is security fenced to prevent little ones getting near the water without your supervision.

For added comfort indoors all rooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The telephone provides free local and US national calls.
We have a cot and highchair for guests with babies and toddlers.
There is cable TV in each bedroom.

No pets are allowed and for the comfort of all guests this is a non-smoking villa, however smoking is permitted on the patio

To ensure security and peace of mind our home is fitted with a monitored security alarm system. It is registered with the state authorities and is in full compliance with all relevant legislation.

The WaterSong clubhouse has a CyberCafe, fitness room and children’s play-area – all available to our guests at no additional cost.

For golfers there are many championship golf courses in the area, Champions Gate is about 10 mins away, Providence is right next door.

Not interested in golf? Well this part of Florida is also known as 'the 100 lakes' so there is plenty of fishing and drive-through scenery. Ocala Forest, 60 minutes North, is good for trekking and horse-riding.

For shopping the brand new 'Posner Park' is close by, and Orlando Premium Outlets is 15 mins away. A little further out but very easy to get to are The Loop and Florida Mall shopping areas.
