This luxury villa, "LAKESIDE DREAM," is situated within the recently developed gated neighborhood of "Lake Berkley." Disney is just five miles away.

Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standards and equipped with all the extras you would expect in a luxury home.

The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. There is a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area. The living area has 24" Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo Hi-Fi with CD player and PlayStation with 2 pads, memory card and games. There are also some of family movies.
The cathedral ceiling and foliage cascading down the walls has the true Florida feel. Patio door leads to the screened outdoor dining area and pool which overlooks a lake just a few yards away.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, with 22" Cable TV and VCR. It also has an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and patio doors opening directly onto the pool.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and Cable TV with VCR and the third bedroom, in 'Winnie the Pooh' theme, has twin beds and Cable TV with VCR. All bedrooms have radio/clock alarms.

The large, private, south-facing, screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and is only a few yards from the lakeside, where a variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit. The outside dining area, with overhead fan and light, is spacious and comfortable with deep padded seating. There is a luxury patio dining set with 8 deep padded cushioned chairs and 4 full length loungers.

The use of our Full Gas Barbeque (optional extra) requires a minimal extra deposit. We have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.

The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. You can decide about pool heating before or after you arrive.

Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking except in screened pool area.
