'Sunrise View'

'Sunrise View' is very spacious, light and airy, and very comfortable to stay in. The sleeping accommodation comprises two beautiful master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, plus two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. One of the master bedrooms opens out onto the patio/pool area. There is a portable cot, stroller and booster seat (for a dining chair) available for the use of guests with small children, at no extra charge.

In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, there is a further shower room/WC and an extra WC near the patio/pool area. For the ladies, we have placed a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have their own TV. The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival and following your departure, but additional cleans can be arranged at an extra cost, should you require it. However, should you spill something etc, there are cleaning materials in the villa for your convenience.

There is a laundry room with a washer and a separate dryer, plus an iron and ironing board and a clothes airer.

There is a mesh fence across the whole of the patio area, which provides protection from the pool for young children. This fence can easily be folded back when everyone is in the pool or when the children have gone to bed and you want to relax outside.

The villa has WiFi internet access and there is a TV and DVD/CD player in the living area. We have also recently added a pool/table-tennis table, a darts board and a charcoal barbecue. (If you use the charcoal barbecue, we would be grateful if you could clean and empty it after use.) If you prefer to use a gas barbecue, one can be hired through our management company at an additional charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can eat in if you wish, and near to the villa there are a number of inexpensive diners which cater for everyone, including take-out facilities. The nearest Publix supermarket is only 5 minutes down the road and there is a Walmart just a bit further on, in the same direction. The main dining table seats 6, but we have recently added a corner nook which provides additional dining space, or possibly space for studying, using a computer, etc or for children to do puzzles, colouring etc.

The villa is only 10 minutes drive from the Disney Theme Parks, being located just off the US27, one mile south of the I4/US27 junction. The other delights of this area are also close by, such as championship golf courses, designer shopping outlets and the hustle and bustle of International Drive. The white sandy beaches of Clearwater are just over an hour away and, in the other direction, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre can be reached in less than 90 minutes. There are many more attractions in the area, including Universal Studios and Sea World, and we are surrounded by some beautiful countryside with over 500 lakes.

A real plus point is that we are just half an hour from Orlando International Airport or about an hour from Tampa in the other direction. There is no need to go elsewhere on your way from the airport to pick up the keys to our villa. The accommodation is accessed via a coded lock box, the code for which we will send you once the full payment has been cleared.

The villa is situated in a small, exclusive development which has been built on a former orange grove. It is a quiet area, which is perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks, especially as you have the use of your own private pool and spa tub!

We have a very helpful and efficient management company who will be only too happy to help you in an emergency. You will need to provide them with credit card details via a Registration Form which will be sent to you with our Booking Form. This information will only be needed should the villa or its contents be damaged in any way during your stay.

Should you decide to book with us, a 10% deposit would be required initially and the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to your departure. Payment can be made by sending a personal cheque/check for the deposit, and later for the balance, to our bank in Florida or to our home address in the UK. (Details will be provided if you decide to book with us.)

Payment can also be made via PayPal, but this will incur a 3% surcharge. This method of payment is, however, chosen by many of our guests, as it is both fast and secure.

If you decide you want to make a booking, please contact us as soon as possible on orlandovillainfo@btinternet.com, so that we can hold the dates you require, pending receipt of your deposit. We will then send you a Booking Form, Terms & Conditions and the above-mentioned Guest Registration Form.
