List your property on our site including the address, map to location, images and a complete description free of charge. The property is approved within 48 hours of submission and you will be notified of this.

Our commission is only 5% excluding Paypal transaction fees and this is forwarded immediately upon full receipt of payment. We are 100% secure and at no point do we require your card details. Payments for rentals are forwarded from Florida Tourist Guide by Paypal (preferred option), cheque or bank transfer. So why do we not charge an advert fee? As past owners of property, we found advertising to be an expensive aspect with some websites charging up to £200 for a yearly advert with no guarantee of any rentals. Our no risk strategy ensures the villa owners have absolutely nothing to loose.
Pricing
Please ensure card transaction fees of 2.5% are included in your rates as all reservations are settled with a credit card. To encourage bookings, we would encourage a realistic approach to pricing. All prices must be in GBP and cards will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

Are you an agent? We welcome you! List as many properties as you wish for FREE (once the initial listing fee of £40 is paid) and take advantage of our technology. Many of our visitors are in the stages of booking or planning a Florida holiday so place your properties in a prime location.
